This range includes seven models suitable for excavators from 15 to 65 tonnes, continuing SOCOMEC’s legacy of durability and cutting-edge technology.
 
The DMS-MDO medium-heavy range is monoblock up to 4000 kgs. All the advantages of monoblock, safety, reliability and easy servicing, can be found also in this range.

Performance is consistent and reliable, thanks to our hydraulic oil pressure control system, while an automatic variator or hydraulic control adjusts the blow frequency based on the power required.
The piston, engineered through extensive research, includes a hydraulic brake to prevent blank firing. The high-strength steel casing, reinforced side guides, and innovative upper rubber pad work together to completely absorb vibrations, protecting the excavator boom.

For underwater or tunnelling applications, the stroke chamber can be pressurised. A dust-proof seal at the lower piston area prevents contamination from debris.
